After an experience of 6-7 years expect your salary to rise up to Rs. 60-75 thousand per month which can go further with you assuming more responsibility in the Organization.
Future Prospects :
The continued advancement and increasing sophistication of technology in the field of Databases will fuel the demand for DBAs, as well as employers’ demand for DBAs to possess higher skill levels and on-the-job proficiency. Gone are the days when a DBA was merely the back-office person who understood the scheme of the database and took direction from the application developer.
